Meet 35-year-old Tyree Lincoln Smith.
Smith posed for the mugshot above after being arrested in Florida on a murder warrant stemming from the most gruesome crime you could possibly think of.
According to reports, Smith was homeless and sleeping on a porch in Bridgeport, Connecticut when the owner of the home invited him in out of the cold.
As thanks for the mans kindness, Smith killed him with a hatchet and ate the victims eye and part of his brain.

Golden Globe winner “The Artist” was nominated for ten Academy Awards including best picture.

Eddie Murphy is the official host of the 84th Academy Awards.
The Academy named him as host much to the delight of the ceremony’s producer, Brett Ratner. Ratner and Murphy will have had a big movie opening in November, “Tower Heist.” Surely a hit, the film will be the wave they can ride right into the February proceedings.
